The leading chefs and food industry experts in the United States experience Tasmania’s quality, via a curated box of gourmet Tasmanian produce.

With a delivery of Cape Grim Beef, King Island Cheese, Jantz Premium Rosé and Petuna Ocean Trout, our American friends are in for an extraordinary culinary experience.

Adding to their experience will be a virtual tour of Cape Grim Beef’s farming operation from paddock to plate, demonstrating the incredible provenance of the contents of their curated package.

The Australian Food and Beverage Virtual Showcase - Japan

1 March - 31 March 2021

The Australian Food and Beverage Virtual Showcase Japan event was a joint collaboration between Trade Tasmania and Austrade.

15 export-ready Tasmanian producers participated in the virtual event to engage registered buyers in Japan. The closed event ran for the month of March, with participation of Tasmanian Exporters and Japanese buyers available only through invitation.
